Veridian Electoral

Election results verification · Evidence infrastructure · Nonpartisan mandate

Make the electoral record legible — and defensible.

Independent field capture with a chain-of-custody evidence trail, verification of official tally sheets, audit-reconciliation against the official record, and court-ready evidence packages. Every number carries its provenance, or a logged N/A — never an estimate dressed as a fact.

Four offers, one evidence discipline

Engagements are contracted per election, per country — always whole: capture, verification, evidence chain, and reporting together, never detached pieces.

Offer · A

Election-night results verification

A full ERM engagement: field capture, tally-sheet verification, independent aggregation with honest statistics, and audit-reconciliation against the official record — closing with a frozen, archived evidence set.

Offer · B

Evidence package — retainer + activation

Evidence infrastructure standing by before the election; a court-ready, hash-verifiable bundle on activation. Capture → cryptographic hash → content credentials (C2PA) → manifest → custody record, ready for counsel on day one.

Offer · C

Media results feed

A keyed, aggregate-only feed of verified election-night results with provenance blocks, coverage and reconciliation status, and uncertainty stated as ranges. No win-calls — editorial judgment stays in the newsroom. Launch case: Colombia's 2027 regional elections.

Offer · D

Observer & EOM kit

The observation-mission slice: offline-capable capture, evidence chain, coverage dashboards, statistical verification support, and reporting aligned to mission methodology — packaged to fit inside mission budgets, at cost-recovery-plus.

Proven in production — stated exactly

During the June 2026 Colombian presidential runoff — decided by 251,854 votes (~0.95%), the narrowest second-round margin in Colombian history by vote share — a national field-capture and evidence-chain operation ran in production. The result survived a challenge to ~33,000 polling stations; all petitions were withdrawn, and the outcome was certified by the electoral authority.

Official record: CNE Resolución E-3181, proclaimed 24 Jun 2026. Results figures are the CNE's, not ours.

Across the four-day count window, our automated monitor surfaced every number with a provenance marker or a logged N/A — it never estimated what it could not see. The platform health endpoint returned OK on all ~42 automated runs. The final official count reproduced the preliminary count within ~0.003% per the CNE record.

Our limitations, disclosed by us

Our automated tally-sheet verification pipeline is, today, simulation-proven: a 3-tally-sheet live demonstration plus a pipeline designed for national scale. It has not run live at national scale. We publish that distinction ourselves — a verification product that overstates its own record is unfit to verify anything. Full methodology →

Neutrality is enforced, not asserted

This brand operates under a nonpartisan mandate with categorical limits: aggregate-only data (never individual voters), nothing voter-facing, no partisan analysis, no win-calls, and no characterization of political actors beyond their own words and record. We disclose our corporate structure before we are asked, and every separation claim is backed by an auditable technical or governance control.
